Cancellation Policy Registrations are final after May 5, 2026 at 5:00 PM. No refunds will be issued for personal cancellations or no-shows after this date.

If carts cannot operate due to weather or course conditions, golfers who are unable to walk will receive a full refund of their green fee and cart fee. Golfers who choose to walk will receive a cart fee reimbursement. Dinner proceeds regardless.
